Doctor Who<\/em> will return to TV at the end of November, running into December 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The airdates for the three 60th anniversary specials — The Star Beast, Wild Blue Yonder<\/em>, and The Giggle<\/em> — have been announced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

David Tennant plays the Fourteenth Doctor and Catherine Tate will reprise her role as Donna Noble, making their return to mark 60 years of the show, beginning on Saturday 25th November, two days after the show’s actual 60th anniversary!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Star Beast<\/em> (25th November) sees the Doctor and Donna will come face to face after all these years but just how, and why, is about to be revealed; that’s followed by Wild Blue Yonder <\/em>(2nd December) and The Giggle <\/em>(9th December).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Joining Tennant and Tate is a stellar cast including: Yasmin Finney as Rose Noble, Miriam Margolyes as the voice of the Meep, Jacqueline King as Sylvia Noble, Karl Collins as Shaun Temple, Ruth Madeley as Shirley Anne-Bingham, Jemma Redgrave as Kate Stewart, and Neil Patrick Harris as the Toymaker, set to cause all kinds of mayhem. Then Ncuti Gatwa gets the keys to the TARDIS over the festive season…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first episode of behind-the-scenes making-of show,\u00a0Doctor Who Unleashed<\/em>,\u00a0will follow The Star Beast<\/em> on 25th November. After every new episode of Doctor Who<\/em>, viewers can switch over to BBC Three or BBC iPlayer to watch the access all areas show that gives viewers an unmissable insight into the creation of Doctor Who<\/em>.<\/p>\n
